     Besides the obvious Pizza & Bagels, New York serves several astonishing dishes all the time. Such as sandwhiches, ice cream, burgers, ramen, food trucks etc. NYC is home to most of the best pizza, no argument needed. The city that never sleeps always has different spots everywhere for some dishes that are unmatched. The well known spot, "Roberta's Pizza" located in Brooklyn never fails to make a delicious slice that is made in their wood fire oven. Not only do they serve great pizza, but they also serve a full menu of various dishes, such as, garlic knots, pepperoni rolls, quesadillas etc. NYC is also home to several food trucks. Some people's favorite is "Kimchi Taco's" which brings to you a blend of flavorful Korean and Mexican food. What makes it 10x better is the prices, best $4 you can spend. Another gem, "The Halal Guys" which has 4 locations in Manhattan,NY and one in Brooklyn,NY serves you some dishes to die for. It's not just like any other halal truck, which is why they are always busy and the line never bothers anyone, due to the fact that their food is mouthwatering. Their dishes include, sanwhiches,platters, gyros, with your choice of chicken, lamb, or even both! If you are a halal lover, this is definitely your place and should be your number #1 choice. For the waffle lovers, "Wafels+Dingers" serves some of the best Belgian waffles that will satisfy your tastebuds. These waffles are the real deal, if you're into waffles. Many places, serve not so good waffles, but this place beats everyone.  Now let's talk tacos, New York has had some competition with other states when it comes to tacos, however they serve some of the best. When it comes to Birria tacos, "Birria-Landia" tops any other taco food truck. They have 2 locations one located in Queens,NY and Brooklyn,NY. There lines are always super long hence, the flavorful food. After trying 1 or 2 , you get the urge to order more because they are amazing. For regular tacos, "Los Tacos No.1" serves the best and has no competition. It is such a gem here in NYC and most people cannot get enough. Always expect a long line, since it is so popular. The food gets sold out pretty fast and the workers are always moving fast. If you are a taco lover, these are your places. Moral of the story is, NYC brings to you so many diverse dishes that are unmatched.
